Cluster Strategy.

The housing is organized into modular clusters that balance private, shared, and collective spaces. Each cluster supports flexible living arrangements while maintaining strong spatial relationships between residents.

The building is structured through a layered sectional system, enabling vertical connections between units and shared spaces. This organization supports both individual retreat and collective interaction within a compact footprint.

Typologies.

A series of unit types accommodates diverse living conditions, from compact individual spaces to multi-level configurations. Each typology is designed for flexibility, allowing spaces to evolve over time as user needs change.
